Unseasonably Warm
The weather has been amazing this month. A record high temperature of 70 degrees was reached today eclipsing the former high of 68 set in 1961. Temperatures are running about 10 degrees higher than normal, and greenup is a week ahead of schedule because of the warm spell in April. The downside of all this beautiful weather is that the humidity is low, the woods are drying out, and the fire danger is high. I hope we don't have another season like last year's record setting wildfires.
